RETURNS

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery, and are available for full-priced items only. Please note that we can only accept returns for undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels intact and in the original box they were shipped in.


UAE REFUNDS - 14 DAYS

We want to ensure that you are always happy with your products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days from date of purchase. We will issue the refund within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the goods. The refund may take 5-7 days depending on your bank’s processing time.

If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can only offer store credit for the original amount.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS - 14 DAYS

We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 14 days from delivery date. You will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to Petilou:

Email info@petilouboutique.com  with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your courier of choice.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your items, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.
